• PAGCOR and regulatory authorities: 52jl is required to provide player data, transaction records, and gaming activity reports to PAGCOR upon request, as a condition of our operating licence;

• Payment service providers: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations), Visa, Mastercard, and Philippine banking partners receive the minimum data necessary to process your financial transactions;
• KYC verification service providers: Third-party identity verification partners who process submitted ID documents and biometric data on 52jl's behalf, under contractual data processing agreements;
• Game software providers: Licensed game studios may receive anonymised session data for their games as part of normal game operation and RNG certification requirements;
• IT infrastructure and security providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and fraud detection vendors who process data on 52jl's behalf under contractual data processing agreements with appropriate security obligations.

08. Data Retention

52jl retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in compliance with applicable legal retention obligations. The following retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for the duration of the player Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by Philippine AML regulations;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Gaming activity and session data: Retained for three (3) years from account closure unless a longer period is required by PAGCOR;
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Technical logs and security data: Retained for one (1) year from collection, except where retained longer in connection with an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 52jl's data disposal procedures.

52jl does not transfer your personal data to any country or entity for purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy.
